Michael previously had an internship at Cypress Semiconductor where he decided he would like to pursue work at smaller companies. Michael started at Bluegrass Data Analytics in October of 2021 and has been providing self-described excellent service ever since. He enjoys many hobbies that he would likely do full-time if he could only convince someone to pay him for. Until that day comes, and it never will, he will happily serve all your data needs.

Cara Schultz has always had an affinity for helping others. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2004 from Northern Kentucky University (NKU), she began her professional career working for a social services agency with a focus on foster care and adoption. She had a desire to further her education and earned a Master of Arts Degree in School Counseling in 2009 from NKU. While direct service was rewarding, Cara realized she had an interest in information technology. She went on to hold roles as a Systems Analyst/Trainer and EHR Application Administrator where she continued to help others, albeit in a different fashion, by creating processes, documenting training, educating end users, making system configurations, and leading IT projects. Cara joined Bluegrass Data Analytics as a Senior Business Analyst. In her free time, Cara enjoys spending time with her family, running, and gardening.

Alex was born in Lexington, KY although he considers himself to be from Knoxville, Tennessee. He is currently finishing up his degree from The University of Tennessee where he is receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics. During his time at the University he was able to find exactly where his passions lie:
Making millions of rows of data meaningful. Not just meaningful to a data analyst, but meaningful to the average person. Whether making dashboards or finding the “needle on the haystack” - he strongly believes in making data accessible.
Most recently he completed an internship with Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance as a reporting analyst intern. While there, he was able to build on his educational and personal experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Outside of work, he has a love for golf and the challenge it brings. So, if he is not behind his laptop crunching data, he is probably on the course missing 5-foot putts.
